We also added links to these on each page of our website to make it easier for you to follow us on both networks, Facebook and Twitter.
One of the benefits of this new social media is the ability for you to let us know what you thinking right away about us or to let us know what's happening with you. We also are able to get information out to our follows or friends in the wink of an eye, well maybe not that quick. This allows us to watch our prices and make it more economical for you to use our services.
We are all quite aware of the recession and tendency to cut out things we feel we can live without. We believe that spa services will save you money in the long run and even help you make money by helping you deal with stress, thus keeping you healthier and saving money on doctor's visits and by making you more productive. Our society has a "no pain, no gain" type of mentality, however research shows us we get some of our best ideas when we are relaxed.
